With the Teacher Platform, your teachers will be able to see and join all of their assigned classes. Administrators will have oversight into the activity of teachers and their learners.

My Schedule: Teachers
Columns & Data
When teachers login, they will see a list of all of their upcoming classes and corresponding class data. Let’s take a look at the columns on the next slide.

Learner Profile
When clicking on a learner email address, you will be brought to the Learner Profile which will include information about the learner’s activity and VPA scores.

User can select which columns appear in the My Schedule view
Date Filter
Users can select which columns appear in the My Schedule view. Note that the date filter will always default Upcoming so that all upcoming classes are listed first.
General filter
Class type: Private or Group
Lesson Added: Yes, No
Feedback Submitted: Yes, No
(private classes only)
Joining Classes
Teachers will be alerted that classes are starting 5 minutes before they start by a dropdown banner at the top of the page. The banner will stay up until 10 minutes after the class starts. The Join button for the class will also turn green so that the teacher is aware that the class is about to start. When the user clicks on the Join button, the Zoom event will launch.
Class Details
The Class Details will contain all relevant information about the class.
Both group and private classes will contain:
Class ID
Date of class
Time of class (in user time zone)
Length of class in minutes
Teacher name
Organization and any particular groups assigned
Level
Topic
Group Class Details
Class Details: Learner Info & Attendance
After the class is finished, learners who attended the class will have a green checkmark next to their names. Learners who did not attend the class will have a red X next to their names.
Private Class Details: Feedback Form
After teaching a private class, teachers submit a written feedback form to the learner and score the learner in five main areas.
Group Class Details: Adding a Lesson
Teachers and admins are able to add lessons to their group classes.
The classes will appear for the learners in the product on the Group Class page. Learners can click the link and will be brought to do the lesson in the Voxy platform.
Please note: Teachers can add lessons to their private classes for planning purposes only. Learners will not see these lessons.

The All Classes page has all of the same columns as My Schedule as well as:

Lesson
Classes also can be made to repeat for up to 52 weeks
Class Details & Edits
Teacher Admins can edit already existing classes in the following fields:

Topic
Date
Time
Maximum reservations
Lesson
Duration
Levels
Filters
Teacher Admins will have the same filters available to teachers and in addition, will have a teacher filter where the administrator can see all classes that belong to a specific teacher.
