If you need help resetting your password, we can help by sending you a link to reset it.
1. Click on "Forgot your Password?".
2. Enter the email address.
3. Select Reset Password.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
5. Click on the URL provided in the email and enter a new password.
No Email Received?
1. Check your spam/junk folder.
2. Make sure the email address support@voxy.com is not blocked or make sure all emails from this email are always delivered.

Does your organization use Single Sign-On (SSO)?
If your organization uses SSO — such as Okta, JIT, or a Partner API integration — your login works differently. Password resets through Voxy do not apply to your account.
Instead, you log in through your organization's internal portal, not directly through the Voxy login page. If you're having trouble accessing your account:
Contact your organization's IT team or administrator to reset your access.
Check whether the issue occurs on the web browser, the mobile app, or both — this will help your admin diagnose the problem.

Have a Lifetime or Individual (DTC) subscription?
If you purchased an Individual License directly from Voxy and your password reset is not working, there may be an issue with how your account is set up. In some cases, accounts without an assigned organization need to be reconfigured before a password reset can be sent successfully.
If the standard reset steps above don't work for you, please open a chat in our support widget and ask to talk to a human and let us know you have an Individual License. Our team will verify your account and resolve the issue promptly.
