4a. Adding your product data & orders -Manually

In this article, we will be guiding you through uploading your data manually.

Updated over a week ago

As a brand within our freemium package, we enable you to add your product data in two different ways, first, manually adding a collection & turning them into orders, secondly setting up a mail automation.

If you would like to learn how to setup a mail automation to better add your product data & orders into Vuuh, please scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the button 'Mail automation' to read further.

Manually adding data - Creating collections

  1. On the left bar inside of Vuuh click ‘Collections’

  2. Click on 'upload a collection'.

  3. Add a name to the new collection.

  4. Upload the files you would like to add as a collection and click 'upload'

💡 Once the upload is complete, it can take Vuuh up to 24h on business days to process the data and make it available for your retailers.

Creating orders

  1. On the left bar inside of Vuuh click ‘Orders’

  2. Click on ‘Add an order via barcodes’.

  3. Click on ‘Continue’.

  4. Select the retailer you are adding an order for, type in the order number, location for selected retailer and final, select the currency for the order, then click 'next'.

  5. Type in all barcodes one by one as each barcode needs to be on a new line (use the Enter key to do that), then click ‘Add order’.

In case some of the barcodes you typed in are not on our system, you are going to be presented with an error message. In such case, you have two options:

    1. Add the order without the missing barcodes by clicking the button in the middle. This will take you to the next step ignoring the missing barcodes.

    2. Cancel the process of adding the order by clicking on the X in the top right corner. This will bring you back to the Orders page without adding the order.

  6. Add missing quantities, prices, and any missing information. Use the arrows to see sizes for different colors. When ready, click on Add order.
