4. Inviting your retailers

Getting started with your invitations

As an initial step to invite your retailers to join Vuuh - ensure you have completed all prior steps to this.

By doing so, when your retailers sign-up to Vuuh, the whole system will be up and running, making it a smooth transition for both you and your retailers when starting with Vuuh.

Once everything is ready, follow the steps below to invite your retailers:

  1. Contact your Customer Success Manager that you are ready to invite your retailers.

  2. The CSM will get back to you with the following

    • Co-branded landing page

    • Email copy suggestions

  3. Together, you will build a list of retailers to be invited & the CSM will identify if any are already using Vuuh.

  4. Your CSM will update the materials according to the response of the retailers.

  5. Vuuh's team will take over the onboarding of all retailers who sign-up to connect with your brand(s)

💡How invitations to retailers work
The invitations are always sent via the brands - as you already have an established relationship with the requested retailer, but we do our best to give you the best materials to support you getting everyone using Vuuh.
