Perhaps you have initial ideas but need some background on consumer attitudes (what consumers think about certain topics) or behaviours (in which circumstances or on what occasions they would be looking to buy or use the product you offer).
To start with, you could use a Free Text steer to ensure that your options are consumer-driven. Questions could be: "What do you look for when buying XXX?" or "Which occasions would you use XXX for?". Once completed you could then use the most common responses and a few of your own for a Single Answer, allowing the consumer to select one option. The results will provide a ranking of each option selected. You can also use a Multi Answer, enabling consumers to select more than one answer, e.g. if a product can be used by the same person in more than one way.
