How to view team member analytics?
Updated over 2 weeks ago

What is the Team Dashboard?

The Team Dashboard provides an overview of team performance, offering a weighted average of all members' statistics.

How does it work?

Required permissions

The team captain must assign two types of permissions to team members:

  1. Access to team analytics

    • Allows members to view the consolidated statistics of the team.

⚠️ Without this permission, the "Analytics" tab will not be visible.

  2. Access to member analytics

    • Grants access to individual member data.

⚠️ Without this permission, you can only view the team’s overall statistics, not individual member stats.

Viewing team member statistics

  1. Go to the Team tab in your interface.

  2. Click on a member's name to display their statistics in the right-hand side panel.

Types of Available Statistics

  1. Team overview

    • Consolidated statistics based on a weighted average of members' performance.

  2. Individual member statistics

    • Use filters to view data specific to each member.

  3. Smart sorting of member list

    • By default, members are sorted by their LinkedIn response rate.

    • You can also sort by:

      • Connection acceptance rate.

      • Email response rate.

    • Sorting can be done in ascending or descending order.

Useful information on permissions and global statistics

Limited access for team members

Even if you have limited permissions and can only view specific members' data, global statistics remain unaffected.

➡️ Global statistics are always calculated based on the performance of all team members, regardless of your access permissions. 👌

How are global statistics calculated?

Global statistics are determined using a weighted average that factors in the volume of actions performed by each member.

🤓 Example Calculation:

  • Jason: 10% response rate (4 responses out of 40 messages sent).

  • Elsa: 80% response rate (80 responses out of 100 messages sent).

The global statistic is 60%, calculated as follows:

  • Total responses: 4 + 80 = 84 responses.

  • Total messages sent: 40 + 100 = 140 messages.

  • Global percentage: (84/140) × 100 = 60%
