How to update my Team members' permissions?

The team owner can modify each team member's permissions:

  • Go to the "Team" tab.

  • In the "Role" column, click on the dropdown menu to the right of the relevant member to adjust their permissions.

What are the different roles in a team?

Captain

The captain manages the subscription payments and can:

  • Access invoices

  • Modify the subscription

  • Transfer team ownership to another member (with their prior approval)

  • Fully manage the team: add/remove members, adjust permissions, manage duplicates, import data, and access member interfaces

Administrator

An administrator has all captain permissions, except those related to subscription payments. Therefore, an administrator cannot:

  • Access invoices

  • Modify the subscription

  • Transfer team ownership

Member

A member has limited access to team information and can:

  • View other team members

  • View team statistics

  • View individual statistics for each member


Customizing permissions

The team captain and administrators can customize permissions for individual members by clicking on ✨ Custom.

  • See other members: Allows your colleague to see other members in the team.

  • Access to team analytics: Allows members to view the consolidated statistics of the team.

    ⚠️ Without this permission, the "Analytics" tab will not be visible.

  • Access to member analytics: Grants access to individual member data.

    ⚠️ Without this permission, you can only view the team’s overall statistics, not individual member stats.

  • Add/remove members: Allows your colleague to add or remove other member in the team.

  • Update member permissions: Allows your colleague to update the permissions of the other member.

  • Manage duplicates: allows your colleague to see and manage team duplicates.

  • Import with Team duplicates: Allows your colleague to import without checking for duplicates in the app of the other members.

  • Import in members' app: Allows your colleague to import prospects in the member’s app.

  • Access to members' app: Allows your colleagues to access to the member’s app.
