Waalaxy’s Team features allow multiple LinkedIn accounts to collaborate under a single subscription. To help you discover these features with no commitment, Waalaxy offers a 14-day free trial.
Eligibility requirements
Three conditions are required to activate the trial:
Minimum 2 seats — Each seat corresponds to one LinkedIn account. It is not possible to activate a Team trial with only one account.
A designated team captain — This member manages billing if you switch to a paid plan after the trial and invites other members to join the team.
Not having an active Waalaxy paid plan (Pro, Advanced or Business).

Before joining a team, each future member must:
Install the Waalaxy Chrome extension
Create a Waalaxy account by connecting their personal LinkedIn account
How to activate and set up the trial?
Step 1: Activate the trial
Define the total number of accounts to include in your team
Choose the desired plan (Pro, Advanced, or Business)
Designate a team captain (responsible for billing and invitations)
Contact Waalaxy support to activate the 14-day trial
💡 Good to know
Once activated, all members automatically benefit from the Team free trial for the entire trial period.
👉 No individual payment is required.
Step 2: Invite members to the team
⚠️ The invited person must first:
Install the Waalaxy Chrome extension
Create their Waalaxy account
Once the trial is activated, the captain can invite members from the Team tab in their Waalaxy account.
Steps to follow:
Go to the future member’s LinkedIn profile and copy the profile URL
From the Team tab, go to “Team summary” and click “Invite members”
Paste the LinkedIn URL into the “Invite members” field
Define the member’s role (Member, Admin, or Custom)
Click “Invite” to confirm
💡 The invited member will receive a notification directly in their Waalaxy account (not by email).
Step 3: Accept an invitation
The invited member must accept the invitation from the Team tab of their Waalaxy account.
What happens after the trial?
The team automatically switches back to the Freemium version. No data is lost during this transition.
To continue using Team features, subscribe to a paid Team plan from the Pricing page by selecting the desired number of seats.

The Team plan uses a per-seat billing model:
Price calculation: unit price × number of seats
1 seat = 1 user
Examples:
1 seat → price × 1
2 seats → price × 2
3 seats → price × 3
etc.
Seat reassignment
Seats are not assigned permanently to one person and can be reassigned to other accounts at no additional cost.

No. Waalaxy only grants one free trial per account.
To continue using Team features, you must subscribe to a paid plan.
Can I create campaigns during the free trial?
Yes. You can prepare and launch campaigns from the beginning of the trial.
👉 All campaigns and data remain available even if the team switches back to Freemium afterward.
Will my data be lost after the trial?
No. All your data is kept even if you return to the Freemium version at the end of the trial.
You can subscribe later without losing any data.
How are accounts managed within a team?
In a Waalaxy team:
Each member manages their own LinkedIn account
1 seat = 1 LinkedIn account = 1 Waalaxy account
All members share:

Am I eligible for the Team trial if I already have an active subscription?
No. The Team free trial is not available if you already have an active Waalaxy subscription.
To switch to a Team plan, you must subscribe directly from the Pricing page and add additional seats.
