When you cancel, you will still have access to all your Waffle Plus features until the end of your current billing period. Canceling simply ensures you won’t be charged again in the future.
I signed up via the Apple App Store (iOS)
If you’re using an iPhone or iPad, your subscription is tied to your Apple Account. Here is the quickest way to cancel:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap your name at the very top of the screen.
Tap Subscriptions.
Find Waffle in your list of active subscriptions.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
I signed up via the Google Play Store (Android)
If you are on an Android device, your subscription is managed through the Google Play Store. To stop future payments:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Payments & subscriptions and then select Subscriptions.
Select Waffle Plus from your list.
Tap Cancel subscription at the bottom and follow the prompts to confirm.
A quick heads-up on Refunds
Please keep in mind that canceling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. Canceling stops future charges, but it doesn't automatically return the money for a payment that has already processed.
