Overview
The reports module provides the ability to view and filter nearly all data within your WaitWell site in a variety of easy to read charts, as well as search through, sort, filter, and export data in a spreadsheet format. For reporting specific to data contained within tickets, see Tickets Page. For reporting specific to data contained within appointments, see Search Appointments Page. For reporting specific to data contained within availabilities, see List Availability Page.
View Chart Reports
Select Reports from the left-hand navigation
Select a chart report you wish to view
Select the filter button at the top right of the page
Optimize the parameters of the report in the Report Settings and Filters window that appears
Select the Apply button
View Spreadsheet Reports
Select Reports from the left-hand navigation
Select a spreadsheet report you wish to view
Optimize your data view by using any of the following functions:
Enter text in the search bar to search
Drag to reorder columns
Select column headers to sort columns
Hover over a column header then select the hamburger menu to filter columns
Export Reports
Select the export button at the top right to download the data as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to your browser's default download folder

Saved Reports
Staff may select the star icon at the top right of any report page to save it to their Saved Reports tab. This allows staff to create a list of commonly accessed reports with specific filters applied, eliminating the need to build them from scratch.
This can be thought of a custom report dashboard which can be accessed by selecting the Saved Reports tab on the reports page.
Waillo (AI) Insights
Waillo insights allow staff to enter natural language prompts to easily generate custom reports without the need to apply filters, saving a significant amount of time. Staff may also prompt for all sorts of insights such as staffing suggestions based on volume and time of day, staff performance ranking, location volume ranking, and much more. There is no real limit to what staff may ask Waillo, it's flexible, dynamic, intelligent, and fast.
Select the Insights button at the top right of the reports page
Enter a desired prompt and select the Get Insights button
Review the generated information. Staff may also print the information. review prompt history, or re-prompt to refine the information.
