Overview
The Tickets Page provides the ability to search through, sort, filter, and export all data contained within tickets in a spreadsheet format. Tickets and appointments are separate objects. A customer generates a ticket immediately when they join a queue as a walk-in, whereas an appointment generates a ticket automatically shortly before the appointment is scheduled to begin. For reporting specific to data contained within appointments, see Search Appointments Page. For reporting specific to data contained within availabilities, see List Availability Page. For all other types of data reporting, see Reports Page.
View Tickets Data
Select Tickets from the left-hand navigation
Optimize your data view by using any of the following functions:
Enter text in the search bar to search
Choose the date range from the dropdown next to the "Show" text
Drag to reorder columns
Select column headers to sort columns
Hover over a column header then select the hamburger menu to filter columns
