Overview
The Call Center is a module where staff may easily look up existing and create new tickets and appointments on a customer's behalf across all the locations of an organization without needing to have been provided full access to those locations.
Look Up Customer/Appointment
Select the Look up Client/Appointment button to search for tickets and appointments by customer first name, last name, phone number, and/or email address.
Book Customer Appointment
Select the Book Customer Appointment button to book an appointment on a customer's behalf.
Add to Walk-In Queue
Select the Add to Walk-in Queue button to create a ticket on a customer's behalf.
