Copy Settings/Information To Other Locations
First, under "Copy one or more settings of this location to other location(s)", select the Copy Settings button.
Second, under the Items to Copy tab, choose which settings/information you wish to copy to other location(s).
Finally, under the To Location(s) tab, choose which location(s) to which you would like to copy the selected settings/information
Import Settings/Information
First, under "Import information to this location via spreadsheets" select the Import button
Second, from the dropdown, choose which type of settings/information you wish to import into this location.
Third, select the Download Template with Existing Data button to obtain the spreadsheet template you will need that to modify and import the new settings/information.
Fourth, modify the spreadsheet to meet your needs in Excel or Google Sheets. Close the sheet, select the Select File for Import button, and select the modified sheet.
Fifth, select the Test button to ensure there are no errors in the modified sheet. If there are, fix the errors that appear then import and test the file again.
Finally, if there are no errors, select the Import button.
Integrations
Under "Configure integrations..." select the Integrations button. Here, you may configure integrations and connect user accounts to WaitWell as needed. Search our knowledgebase or ask your IT department more more information about each integration.
Translations
First, under "Manage translations of custom phrases", select the Translations button.
Second, choose a phrase type list and the language you wish to translate to from the dropdown menus at the top left of the screen.
Finally, add the phrase translations for the desired language column. You may also select the Auto Translate button to have Google Translate automatically make the translations for you.
Waillo Chatbots
First, under "Create one or more Waillo Chatbots....", select the Manage Chatbots button.
Second, select the Create Chatbot button to create a new chatbot and enter a name for it. If there are existing chatbots, you may modify them by selecting the paper and pencil icon on their right, or delete them by selecting the the trash icon.
Third, choose its response style and capabilities, and enter welcome message and any additional instructions. If you'd like this chatbot to exist on your organization's website outside of WaitWell, enable the Standalone toggle. Select the Save button.
Fourth, select a chatbot to enter the training window
Fifth, select the Upload Documents button and add word processing documents such as Microsoft Word, TXT, and PDF, that contain information you'd like to train the chatbot on. If you add a URL to one of these documents, the chatbot will automatically train on all the information of that website.
Finally, select the Test Chatbot button to open an internal instance of the chatbot. Ask it questions and enter prompts you believe your customers will commonly enter to ensure the bot is answering to your liking. There is no limit on how many documents you can add as training material for the chatbot. It also makes no difference if you add several short documents or one long document that contains all the necessary information.
