Auto-Complete Address Field in Ticket Window

Show a Google auto-complete popup in the address field of the staff app ticket and appointment windows. You may also choose to show the address field on tickets in the queue page.


Custom Fields

In addition to WaitWell's standard fields, you may create up to six custom fields requesting specific information from customers. Once created, custom fields automatically appear in the staff-facing Ticket Window and Appointment Window, and can optionally appear on the Customer Site/App and Kiosk. Custom fields may also be displayed on Ticket Titles within the Queue Page.

You may also set tagging rules for these fields (see Tags for more information), choose the response type, add placeholder text to blank fields, allow the entered information to copy to customer records, and show the entered information on tickets in the queue page.


Mandatory Fields for Staff

Choose which fields and custom fields are required for staff to complete when they create a ticket or appointment on behalf of a customer.
