Kiosk URL: Open this link in the browser of the kiosk device and enter the WaitWell key when prompted. The key will be cached so you only have to enter it once (unless you are using incognito mode). You will also need this key each time you wish to access the device settings menu.
Location Chooser Page: This location is presented as an option on the kiosk location chooser page.
General Settings
Choose to show or hide various information and objects which include:
Queue welcome message
Estimated wait time start page
Service types in a row instead of a clustered list
Business hours in queue buttons
Check-in button (can be used for queues and appointments)
Auto-hold new walk-in queue tickets
Show Consent Text: Require clients check a box to agree to terms prior to joining a queue or booking an appointment. The terms may be entered here as well.
Introduction Page: Show custom rich text after the kiosk start button is selected.
Custom Confirmation Message: Show custom rich text when a customer joins a walk-in queue. If this is not configured, the default message displays.
Print Template: Show custom rich text on tickets printed from kiosks. If this is not configured, the default information displays.
