Note: A positive Stripe balance is required to process refunds.

From the ticket details
To refund tickets, select and process them individually through the following steps:
Open ticket details
Click the specific sale to view details
Select Refund
Enter refund amount and click Submit
Note: You can only refund paid tickets, not those "Ready for capture". Service fees are non-refundable.
