You can see your Walkies appointments in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or any calendar app that supports subscription calendars. It's a one-way, read-only copy that your calendar app keeps up to date.
Turn on appointment syncing
From Home, tap the menu button in the top right.
Scroll down and tap Your app settings, then Appointment syncing. On iPad, Your app settings is in the sidebar under Settings.
Turn on Allow appointment syncing. Only admins can change this. You can also include pet birthdays.
Tap Copy calendar URL.
Add it to Apple Calendar
Open the Calendar app. In Walkies, tap Apple Calendar under How to guides, then tap the first step.
Tap Calendars, then Add Calendar, then Add Subscription Calendar.
Paste the calendar URL and tap Find. You'll see a preview of your appointments.
Tap the ✓ to add it.
Add it to Google Calendar
In Walkies, tap Google Calendar under How to guides, then tap the first step. It opens Google Calendar's "Add calendar from URL" page in your browser.
Paste the calendar URL and tap Add calendar. This has to be done on the Google Calendar website, not in the app.
In the Google Calendar app, open the menu, tap Show more under your account and turn the calendar on.
Good to know
Your calendar app checks for changes on its own schedule, so new, changed or cancelled appointments can take a while to show. Google can take several hours.
Admins get every appointment in the company. Team members get a link with just their own appointments.
Anyone with the link can see your appointments, including client names, addresses and notes, so only share it with people you trust. Turning off Allow appointment syncing stops every link working.
Import Apple Calendar events, at the top of the same screen, does the opposite: it shows your phone's calendar events in Walkies. Don't turn on the Walkies calendar there, or you'll see every appointment twice.
