How do I share or export an invoice as a PDF?

Share an invoice link, or export and email a PDF.

Here's how to share an invoice yourself, or save it as a PDF.

Share a link

  1. Open the invoice.

  2. Tap ... at the top right, then Share.

  3. Choose how to send it. A message with the amount and how to pay goes with a link to the invoice online.

Export a PDF

  1. Open the invoice.

  2. Tap ... at the top right, then Export PDF.

  3. Choose Email to client to send it, or Share... to save or send it another way.

Paid invoices are exported as receipts.

Good to know

  • You don't need to share invoices for clients to get them. Walkies sends each new invoice automatically, unless New invoice messages are turned off.

  • The online invoice link opens in any web browser. It shows the full breakdown, and clients can pay from it any way you accept: Walkies Pay, your Venmo, PayPal or Cash App link, or your Zelle, check or bank details.

  • ... also has Duplicate, to start a new invoice from this one, and Delete.
