Here's how to chat with your pet sitter about a walk or visit in the Walkies Journal app. The Feed is live chat: your messages reach your pet sitter instantly, and their replies appear straight away, during the walk or visit and afterwards.
Comment on a walk or visit
Open the walk or visit.
Tap Feed.
Tap Write a comment... and type your comment.
Tap the send button.
Your comment appears in Feed, and your pet sitter gets a notification. Their replies show up in Feed as they send them, and you get a notification too.
Comment on one update
On Updates, tap the update, like a photo.
Tap đŹ.
Type your comment and send it. It shows Commenting on update while you type. Tap the X on it to comment on the whole walk instead.

Good to know
Feed shows every comment and reaction from you and your pet sitter, oldest first.
The person doing the walk or visit can reply, even if they're one of your pet sitter's team.
To delete your comment, tap it and choose Delete comment.
