My Account Link Is Invalid. How Can I Request a New One?

If you have received an invite from your studio—and Walla—to create your new account but the link or email is invalid, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit your studio’s website

  2. Via your studio's widget, select Log In. This is usually located on the homepage toolbar or class schedule page

  3. Choose Forgot Password
    Even though you did not forget your password, this prompt will send you a new link so you can continue creating your Walla account

  4. Check your inbox for an email containing your new login link. Don’t forget to look in your Spam folder, too!

  5. Once you locate and open the email, click the link to continue the account creation/login process.
