Transition to Walla Communication for Studios

Ready to share your Walla transition with your studio community? Here is some suggested copy you can use, feel free to edit it and add your own flare. Please note that the content highlighted in yellow should be updated or removed to reflect your studio and software features.

Hi (client name),

Exciting news at (studio name)! After much thought and consideration—and to make your studio experience even easier—we’ve found a powerful new software partner: Walla! Walla will be our new scheduling, booking, video, and communication system working behind the scenes to elevate all your studio interactions. So, what does this mean for you? Your profile will have a new look (and so will our schedule). Plus, you will have a single login! As soon as we make the transition in the next two weeks, you will receive an email with instructions regarding your new Walla account.

As we mentioned in our previous email, (studio name) will be transitioning to Walla—our new studio software—tomorrow.

To make our transition seamless and your booking experience even better, please follow these three steps:

  1. Check your email tomorrow for an email from (studio name)

  2. Click the link in the email to create your Walla login credentials

    • This will include a new password

  3. Visit our website (include your website URL link where the schedule widget will be embedded!) and log in to view your account details

Your Walla account will be set up after you complete these three steps. All active memberships and/or packages will be in your account details. Please let us know if something is missing from your account details after 24 hours!

  • Go to our studio schedule (include your website URL link where the schedule widget will be embedded!)

  • Select Log In to access your account details

    • Can’t find it? Trying looking on the class schedule page (link schedule page here)

  • Choose Forgot your password? link

  • Enter the email address associated with your account

  • You will receive an email with the reset password instructions

    • Please note, if you request and receive multiple reset emails, use the most recent email

    • If the email you entered is not found or cannot be associated with an account, please contact us

Reset Password Link Doesn’t Work

To request a new password link, please visit our website (link schedule page here) and select Forgot your password? on the login screen via the class schedule page

Account Link + Login Is Invalid

If you have received an invite from your studio—and Walla—to create your new account, but the link or email is invalid:

  • Go to our studio website (link URL here)

  • Select Log In to access your account details

  • Choose Forgot your password?

  • Enter the email address associated with your account

    • Please note, if you request and receive multiple reset emails, use the most recent email
