If you have a list of contacts that you'd like to add to Walla without triggering welcome emails, our Data Migrations team can assist with uploading your contacts list.
All you need to do is send us your contact information in a friendly spreadsheet format, and we'll handle the rest.
Here's how your spreadsheet should look:
Email your contacts to support@hellowalla.com and let the support team know you are requesting a contacts CSV import.
Please allow 10 business days for the team to add the contacts to your site. Tasks can be completed during Monday to Friday support business hours.
It is important to note we can not change client opt-in statuses when importing clients or manipulate your data in any way.
