The following instructions will show you how to enable automatic app updates on your phone. Or, if your client does not have automatic updates enabled and would rather manually update their app, this article will also explain how a client can manually update their Walla App to the latest version.
If your customers do not have automatic updates on their phone, then they will need to manually update their Walla App. We highly suggest encouraging your clients to enable automatic updates on their device.
How to enable automatic updates
Starting at your phone's home screen, select Settings
Choose App Store
Turn on the App Updates toggle under the section titled Automatic Downloads
How to manually update your Walla App to the latest version
Open the App Store
Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen
Scroll to the Walla App
Select Update next to the Walla App
If you do not see the Update option and you only see the Open option, that means the app is updated to the latest version and no updates are required.
