Change the Time of an Enrollment

You can change the time of an enrollment under certain conditions. Read on to learn about how to make these changes!

When making a time change, clients are not sent an email about the change. You can not add or edit an instance to change or add additional instructors.

Changes can be made to the following enrollments:

A single instance of an enrollment that is scheduled in the future

  1. From the navigation menu, select Enrollments

  2. Choose Go

  3. Select the scheduled enrollment instance

  4. Choose Edit the instance

  5. Change the enrollment time

  6. Save

A multi-day enrollment that is scheduled in the future

  1. From the navigation menu, select Enrollments

  2. Choose Go

  3. Select the scheduled enrollment instance

  4. Choose Edit edit all

  5. Change the enrollment time

  6. Save

Edit an instance for a multi-day enrollment in progress

You can not change the time of a multi-day enrollment once the enrollment has started. You will need to complete the following steps to do so:

  1. From the navigation menu, select Enrollments

  2. Choose Go

  3. Select the scheduled enrollment instance

  4. Choose Cancel the enrollment instance

  5. Select Only this instance

  6. Choose Hide instance from client schedules

  7. Select Yes, cancel this instance

  8. On the top right of the page, choose + Add to schedule and a pop up will appear titled Add More Occurrences

  9. Enter the enrollment date, new time, duration and choose does not repeat

  10. Select Save
