Delete, Deactivate, or Cancel an Enrollment

Learn how to manage enrollments effortlessly, from deactivation to deletion and cancelation, ensuring a smooth scheduling experience.

Deactivate an Enrollment

Follow these steps to deactivate an enrollment:

  1. From the navigation menu, select Enrollments

  2. Select the three dots on the top right of the enrollment tile

  3. Choose Deactivate

    Selecting deactivate will prevent the enrollment from being scheduled. It does not affect clients who are already enrolled or have payment plans.

Delete an Enrollment

You will need to cancel any scheduled enrollment series at each location before you can delete the entire enrollment.

Follow these steps to delete an enrollment:

  1. From the navigation menu, select Enrollments

  2. Select the three dots on the top right of the enrollment tile

  3. Choose Delete

Delete an Enrollment Series

Cancelling the enrollment will cancel all days and remove clients from the enrollment. You will also have the option to issue a refund to clients that have booked.

Follow these steps to delete an enrollment series:

  1. From the navigation menu, select Enrollments

  2. Choose Go on the tile of the enrollment series you want to edit

  3. Select the three dots on the top right of a an enrollment series tile

  4. Choose Cancel Enrollment. A pop up will appear to confirm the cancellation

Cancel a One Day of an Enrollment Series

If you need to cancel multiple days you will need to cancel each individual day. When an individual instance is canceled clients are not sent email notifications.

Follow these steps to cancel one day of an enrollment series:

  1. From the navigation menu, select Enrollments

  2. Choose Go on the tile of the enrollment series you want to edit

  3. Select Manage Schedule

  4. Select an enrollment instance from the schedule

  5. Choose Cancel

  6. Select Only this instance to only cancel a single day or select The entire enrollment to cancel the entire enrollment

  7. Before confirming the cancelation select Show instance as canceled on front-desk and widget schedules or select Hide instance from client schedules
