Now that you're live, here are a couple of housekeeping items to address to ensure a seamless transition to Walla!

  • Cancel any recurring payments in MBO to ensure you don't double bill clients once your billing adjustment period is completed

  • Reconcile Migration Pass bookings in your upcoming classes

  • Cancel terminated memberships in the future from MBO in Walla

  • Discontinue any legacy pricing plans in your Walla Plan Management tab

  • Make a plan to accommodate your clients on suspended memberships in MBO once they return to classes in Walla
