Refund policy

What gets refunded when you cancel an ad, when an ad can't run, or when you're charged by mistake.

Written by Travis Thom

Ads you cancel while they're running

When you cancel a live ad, we stop it on Facebook and refund the ad spend that wasn't used. The refund goes back to the card you paid with. Facebook takes about 48 hours to settle the final spend, and your bank usually posts the credit within 5 to 10 business days after that.

Ads that never ran

If an ad couldn't be published, or you cancel it before it starts delivering, we refund the full purchase. This includes ads that hit a booking error we couldn't fix and ads blocked because Facebook restricted the Page.

Charged twice by mistake

If you bought the same ad twice by accident, message us. We'll cancel the duplicate and refund it in full.

Service fees on ads that ran

The per-ad service fee covers building and publishing your ad, so it isn't refunded once an ad has run. Card processing fees aren't refundable either, because the card processor keeps them.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. To stop future charges, see Cancel your Walled Garden plan.

How to ask for a refund

Message us in chat or email support@walledgardenhq.com. Include the email you log in with, the ad name, and what happened. We review every request and reply within 1 business day.
