Ads aren't posts
Your ad runs under your Facebook Page's name, but it isn't a post. It won't show up on your Page's timeline or in Facebook search.
You might not see it yourself
Facebook shows your ad to the audience you chose, not to you. Not seeing it in your own feed is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Check that it's running
Go to Reports and open the ad to see its status and results.
Pending: Facebook is reviewing it. This usually takes under an hour and occasionally up to 24 hours.
Active: it's running.
Error: see Fix a booking error.
To see the live ad on Facebook, search your Page name in the Meta Ad Library.
Active, but no views at all?
Message us with the ad name. Common causes are a Page that Facebook has restricted, or a custom audience list that matched fewer than about 1,000 people. We'll check the ad and tell you exactly what's going on.
