Approval Time
Once you publish your ad, it goes through a very brief Facebook Ad Review Process. This process can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour. In very rare occasions the approval process may take up to 24 hours. If you check on your ad and the status still says "Pending", the approval process is still active. 

Ad Denial
​The most common reason a Walled Garden Facebook Ad is denied is because the first several lines of MLS description includes mention of alcohol in some fashion. For example, the words "wine cellar", "win closet", "wet bar", "bar", etc. If the first half of your MLS description includes these descriptors your Facebook Ad may be denied for violating their terms of service.

What To Do If Your Ad Is Denied
​Since Walled Garden auto-populates the first 3 lines of your MLS description as the ad copy, we recommend modifying your MLS description to include mentions of alcohol related home features towards the middle of bottom of your MLS description. This will avoid the "in violation" terminology appearing in your Facebook ad.
