To give Wander access to your selected listing data in Rentals United:
Step 1: Find Wander in Rentals United
Log in to Rentals United.
Open Services.
Search for Wander.
Open the Wander tile/row to access the connection actions.
Step 2: Connect Wander (create the channel connection)
Select Get connected (or Connect) on the Wander tile/row.
Complete the Account Details section for Wander.
Save to confirm the connection.
Outcome: Wander will now appear under My Services.
Step 3: Open Wander’s Property Settings
Go to My Services.
Open Wander.
Select Property Settings.
This is where you connect properties to Wander and complete the required setup.
Step 4: Connect your properties to Wander
In Property Settings, select the properties you want to distribute to Wander.
Apply the action to Connect / Add / Enable the selected properties for Wander.
Save/confirm.
Step 5: Complete Wander property configuration
This step is required to move to validation and go-live.
In Wander → Property Settings, open each connected property.
Complete every required field shown for Wander.
Confirm the following are correctly set for each property where applicable:
Property mapping / association (if shown)
Any required identifiers or configuration fields required by Wander
Save changes for each property.
Confirm properties are enabled for Wander
In Wander → Property Settings, review the status for each property.
Confirm each property shows Connected / Active / Enabled (wording depends on your Rentals United view).
If a property is not enabled, return to Step 5, complete the remaining required fields, and save again.
Step 6: Syncing your PMS in Wander
If you are doing the self-onboarding, simply copy and paste the codes for your Account ID and admin username/email to the corresponding sections in the PMS Sync
If you are replacing your current PMS on your already live site, do the following steps:
Go to the sites dashboard at app.wander.com
Click on your organization name in the top left and select View Settings
In the left dashboard select PMS Sync under Features
Select Disconnect from PMS Sync and then scroll down to Escapia and select Connect
Enter your Account ID and admin username/email and select Continue
Your Rentals United Account ID
The admin email address associated with your Rentals United account
