Order Sheets and Flash Report
Order sheets
All of your favourite order sheets. For frequently used order sheets, you can save them as a shortcut on your dashboard for easy access.
Flash Reports
Your site specific flash report will show on your dashboard, this will highlight key information (Set-up by your Head Office):
Total Net Revenue
Gross Profit
Cost of Sales
Remaining spend
If you have access to multiple flash reports, you will have an option to pick the flash report you would like to view within the drop down.
Action Boards
Today's Receipts
The section will show any deliveries that will be delivered today. Once the order has arrived, you can click onto the order to confirm.
Awaiting Approval
If you are required to approve any orders that have been placed, the orders will show here for approval.
Future Receipts
The section will show any deliveries that will be delivered in the future.
Outstanding Receipts
This section highlights all undelivered orders or unreceipted deliveries, listed in date order.
To-do List
This section highlights any orders that require your attention, such as those where invoices do not match the POs. You are able to click into the orders, review the query and approve / raise credit.
General Navigation
Return to Home
Click the Purchase Warrior logo (top left) to return home anytime.
Minimise Toolbar
Use the arrow icon to hide the side menu if you want more space.
Choose location
If you work across multiple sites within your organisation, click the Location button to switch.
Search bar
Use the search bar to quickly find products, orders, or suppliers. You can create a basket directly from here.
You can use this to either type in keywords or part of keywords and the system will return relevant results to you.
In this example, the word “drink” has been entered which produces a mix of results including codes, products, and orders:
To exit the Search Bar just click away from it which will close the pop-up window.
Basket icon - An image of a basket will be present in the top toolbar, allowing you to click to view any active baskets you’re working on.
If accessing from your home page, it will display all baskets that have started to be built but not yet sent as an order to a supplier.
If accessing when you are building a basket, it will display the contents of the current basket you are building.

Click the question mark icon at the top of the screen for instant access to help guides and support. Our fantastic live chat have an average response time of under 2 minutes!
Three dots menu bar
Use this menu to switch between Operators, Management, and Reporting views (depending on your permissions).
Operations: When selected, this option takes the user to the operator view, enabling day-to-day activities such as building baskets and placing orders.
Management: When selected, this option will take the user (permission dependent) to the management area of the system, where operational data can be viewed, user rules and permissions set, and company data configured etc. Typically, this area is accessed by management within the operation who require more in-depth information and / or configure system permissions and rules.
Reports: This option provides access to system reports that can be viewed on screen or downloaded for wider analysis and use.
