Video guide
Here is a step-by-step guide for creating a personal order sheet:
What is an order sheet
An order sheet is your favourite list of products that you order frequently. It can include items from multiple suppliers and categories. Once you create an order sheet, you can save it as a favourite, and it will appear on your dashboard for easy access.
How to create an order sheet
1. Create an order sheet
Navigate to Order Sheets.
Click on New which will open a new order sheet.
Give your order sheet a name that clearly groups your products, making it easy to recognise. For example, something like "Dry Goods Store" would work well.
Select the Product Hub that your order sheet will be linked to.
✏️Product Hubs are the product groups created by Head Office.
Add a description.
Click Save.
2. Add products to the order sheet
At this stage, your order sheet will be blank but ready for you to start adding products.
Navigate to the Products tab.
Click on Add Products which will navigate you to the product hub that you chose in the earlier step.
Add the necessary products.
If you want to print the order sheet, go to the Products tab and simply select Print Sheet.
💡TIP
Tag the order sheets you use most often so they appear as quick links on your homepage. This will make it easier to navigate and create a new basket.
Use the search function to quickly find the products you want to add, so you don’t have to scroll through each page individually.
