What does importing do?
If you have a list of product SKU codes, you can collate these and import them directly into an order sheet - this fills the order sheet with the products you chose. You can quickly create order sheets and also duplicate the sheets across users. You'll need to gather and collate the SKU codes for the products you would like to import.
💡TIP
This process only works for new order sheets.
How to import to an order sheet
1. Create an order sheet
Navigate to Order Sheets.
Click on New which will open a new order sheet.
Give your order sheet a name that clearly groups your products, making it easy to recognise. For example, something like "Dry Goods Store" would work well.
Select the Product Hub that your order sheet will be linked to.
✏️Product Hubs are the markets created by Head Office.
Add a description.
Click Save.
2. Import products to the order sheet
At this stage your order sheet will be blank but ready for you to start importing products.
Navigate to the Products tab.
Click on the Import button which will open the import window.
In the text box, enter the product SKU code and the order in the list.
Ensure the Use SKU toggle is on.
Click Import.
The products associated with each SKU will be added to the Order Sheet.
💡TIP
You can still add products individually from the Hub Products tab. They'll always be added to the bottom of the order sheet, but you can click and drag to reorder.
You can still remove products individually by using the Remove button.
