Here is a step-by-step guide for managing products:
How to add new products
1. Export the product template
You'll need a Product Template to carry the product information and then upload the file to add the products for the customers.
Navigate to the home screen and select Import Tempates on the left-hand side bar.
From here you can export the templates for updating/adding information to Purchase Warrior
Price Import - to update/add pricing for your customer
Product Import - to add new products to your product catalogue
Product Metadata Import - to update the allergens
Click Products Import to export the product template file. Then fill this file with your product information and save file somewhere you can easily locate it.
2. Import the product template
Once the file is ready, you can follow these steps to upload the file:
Select File Importing in the left-hand menu.
Click New.
Select the upload type Products, choose the product file from the pop-up, and then click Save.
Once the file is successfully imported, the status will move from "Pending" to "Completed".
You can download the original file when selecting the record in the File Importing.
💡Tip
If your file import fails, you can look in the info tab of the import, the Failures section will let you know about any issues.
