Here is a step-by-step guide for uploading price lists:
How to upload price lists
Before uploading the price list, please ensure that the relevant products are set up. Otherwise, the prices cannot be imported and linked to the correct products.
Go to Import Templates.
Select Price Import to download the template.
Enter the codes, prices, tax types, and any other relevant information. The tax types should correspond to the following strings:
UK - None
UK - Reduced
UK - Standard
UK - Zero
Select your target customer's price list to update the prices on that list.
Head over to the Files section and import the price list.
Once the price list is imported, you can see the latest prices in the "Price" section.
You can also update the prices in the Prices section. Once the price is updated, it will be in "Pending" status, awaiting approval or rejection from purchasers.
💡TIP
Always double check your upload has succeeded by heading to the "File Importing" section in the left menu. If there is something wrong with your upload, Warrior will highlight your upload in orange.
