When prices change, you will need to update the current price list to reflect the new prices. There are two options for amending an existing price list.
Amend only a few prices
For one or two products, you can follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Management Portal via the 3 dots.
Select Price Lists in the left-hand side bar.
Choose the price list that you wish to update.
Head over to the Prices tab and search for the product by typing the product name or code in the search field.
Click Edit.
Amend the price and click Save.
The new price will then be in pending status, awaiting approval from the buyers.
Amending prices in bulk
If you need to amend most of the prices, please follow these steps:
Amend the prices in the spreadsheet.
Select Price Lists in the left-hand side bar.
Choose the price list that you wish to update.
Head over to the Files tab and click Import.
Choose the updated file and upload it, then the prices will be updated and in pending status, awaiting approval from the buyers.
