How to update product status

You can change the status for a product.

To update the status for a specific product, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Products on the left-hand side bar.

  2. Enter the name or code to search for the required product.

  3. Locate and select the item.

  4. Select the Info tab and change the status to your needs.

    • Active - This means the product is available.

    • Inactive/Delisted - This option is to remove the product permanently.

    • Suspended - This option is to remove the product temporarily.

  5. Save the changes.

This status applies to all customers, to delist a product for one customer, please use a price file upload.
