Once the order exceeds the budget limit, it should be processed and approved by the assigned approvers.
If you want to know who is going to approve this order and the approval status, simply click on the Info tab within the order and you can see the details:
You can also select the shopping cart icon when on the checkout page for your basket and it will let you know who is next to approve your order:
