Roles decide what users can see and do on the warrior system, and locations determine which sites users can access.
You can assign a different role to adjust the user's level of access and visibility within the system.
Go to the Management Portal via the 3 dots.
Select Users in the left-hand sidebar.
Locate and choose the user.
Navigate to the Roles tab.
Select the desired role from the drop-down menu. Once selected, you’ll be able to see the permissions associated with that role.
To adjust the user's location access:
Navigate to the Locations tab.
Turn on or off the location to adjust the access.
