You can restrict user access to the product hub by locations, purchasers, and users.
Locations - Use this section to assign the product hub to specific locations. Toggle the switch to enable the product hub for the selected location.
Approvals - Add purchasers here to maintain control over the approval process.
To add purchasers, move to the Purchasers section and click the Add button to assign specific users and roles. Once you select the user options, the icon will turn grey correspondingly.
Users - This section allows you to grant users access to the product hub. If users are not in the purchaser role, you can grant them access here. You could also remove access if you wished to.
