Creating or amending your delivery schedule

You can amend delivery days, cut off times, or create a whole new schedule, for your customers on Warrior.

Delivery schedules can change, and its easy to make these changes yourself in Warrior

Follow this step-by-step guide to create a new schedule, or amend an existing one.


To create a new schedule, navigate to your Warrior Dashboard, then select Delivery Info from the menu on the left:

  1. Select the Delivery Schedules tab, then click the blue New button.

  2. Give your schedule a clear, descriptive name. The Warrior team include all delivery days in their names and also the cut off times (e.g. "Tues, Thurs - 4pm" or "Mon - Fri, 10pm").

  3. A description is not required, but it would be helpful for any person in the future who may want to amend or check the delivery schedule set up.

  4. You can toggle if a delivery schedule is default using the Is Default toggle.

  5. You should then refer to your delivery schedule, start with the Monday line.

  6. Select the Delivery day before cut off from the drop down, this is the day after Monday where the order will be delivered if they meet their cut off.

  7. Input your cut off time using 24hour time.

  8. Delivery day after cut off will then update automatically.

  9. In this example, the delivery days are Monday - Friday, with a 4pm cut off for next day delivery.

    • If the customer orders by the cut off (1600) on Monday the delivery day is Tuesday, or Wednesday if they do not make the cut off.

    • In contrast, if a customer orders on a Saturday, they can order at any time that day (since the cut off is 2359) but the delivery will always be made on a Tuesday.

  10. Once you are happy with your delivery schedule, you should click Save, and your new schedule will appear in the list of available schedules.

At this point you are ready to assign your delivery schedule to your customer's sites, so navigate to Customers in your left menu:

  1. Select the customer you want to apply the new schedule to.

  2. Navigate to the Structure tab.

  3. Find the site you want to apply the schedule to (if there is more than one you will need to apply the new schedule individually).

  4. Open the site details by clicking the down arrow on the right.

  5. In the delivery schedule drop down, your new schedule will appear.

  6. Assign the new schedule and then click Save.

  7. The site's departments will be shown in the site details, beneath the main site information. You may need to update the relevant departments individually.

  8. Always make sure to Save after making any changes.


If you need to update an existing schedule, head to Delivery Info again, in the left menu:

  1. Navigate to the Delivery Schedule tab.

  2. Select the schedule from the list that you would like to update.

  3. Make the changes you would like, you can edit all fields that you can edit when creating the schedule โ€” just make sure that you update the name and description to reflect any changes in the delivery schedule.

  4. Click save and the delivery schedule will automatically update for all sites using this schedule.
