Important deadlines regarding your booking

We want to make sure everyone is clear when it comes to the important deadlines regarding your trip.

Payment Deadline

Please refer to your booking page, or your confirmation email

You must pay the full balance by this date or else you are at risk of cancellation and subject to cancellation fees

Option Deadline

Payment Deadline

After this date, you will no longer be able to add or change any options on the booking page. If you want to change an option after this date, you must contact customer service

Name Change Deadline

1 day before your trip

After this date, you will no longer transfer your booking to another person

No Show Deadline

2 days after your trip departure

If you do not inform us prior to the trip that you are arriving late, you will be deemed a no show at 9AM on Monday after your arrival day and your will not be able to redeem any element of your trip

Please take note of the following change fees that may apply.

Late Payment Fee

After the Payment Deadline

You will be charged £20 for making a payment after the payment deadline

Name changes

After the Payment Deadline

You will be charged £50 per name change
