Keys are normally available in the resort from 6pm onwards on the Saturday of your arrival; if your coach arrives early then we will endeavour to provide luggage storage for you when possible. You'll be able to pick your keys up at one of the key sign-out desks found throughout the resort. When you disembark the coach you will be greeted by one of our in-resort reps who will guide you to the keys sign-out desk. Here you'll be given an inventory form and the keys for your room; in some accommodation blocks you will be asked to fill out and return the inventory form before you receive another key for the room.
Please bear in mind that while we aim to have all keys ready for collection at 6 pm in some cases it can take a little longer to get the keys from the agency. We will give you update regularly on the status of your keys.
Check out is always 9 AM on the Saturday morning.
It is important to note as per section 14.3:
All occupants have equal responsibility for ensuring that the room is in good order and that all keys are returned.
