When you arrive to resort, you will be directed to a check in point. This will be communicated to you on your E-Tickets which you will receive approximately 14 days before your departure date via email.
At the check-in point, you will be greeted by Wasteland Reps and they will provide you with your welcome packs and your lift passes.
Please note that you will need the lift pass QR code from your booking on your Wasteland app and a valid form of identification in order to get your lift pass. This means that you can only collect your own lift pass and you will not be able to pick up your friends.
You will be advised to take a photo of the front and back of your lift pass as soon as you get it. This means that if you lose your lift pass at any point during your trip, you can go straight to the lift pass office in resort and they won’t charge you full price to replace it.
