You can use volume discounts to lower the price of a product/service when more than one unit of the same product/service is purchased.
When a volume discount is applied, a wholesale price section becomes visible showing the new price of the product/service based on the quantities purchased, and the regular price is struck through.
Note: If you have applied a special price, the wholesale price will be applied to the special price, not the original price. The product/service will be discounted twice:
the special price discount will be applied; then
the volume discount will be applied.
Linking volume discounts to products/services
Navigate to the Seller dashboard. From the LH menu, select Promotions>Volume Discount.
To add a new volume discount, click the
button in the top RH corner.
Configuring the Bind volume discount form
Select/search for the product/service from the list that you want to apply the volume discount to. If you have product/service variants, each option value you added as inventory will be available so you can add volume discounts to those variants.
Enter the minimum quantity the discount applies to and the discount %.
Important: Watersorted is configured to show the price of a product/service exclusive of GST (if sales tax is applicable) on the front end of the shop. This means that any discounts applied will be to the amount excluding GST, not the gross.

How to manage your added Volume Discounts
Once you have added your volume discounts, they will be visible as a list in the volume discounts window.
You can delete multiple volume discounts in this list by selecting them using the checkbox on the LHS and clicking on the Delete button on the top RH side.
You can also edit the following fields for each volume discount on the list by clicking and entering the new value directly in the field:
Minimum purchase quantity
Discount (%)
- delete the existing Volume Discount
