Go to Inventory Update and click on Export CSV file:
If you haven't added any inventory items yet the file will just have headers in Row 1.
It's more likely when using this feature that you'll have product inventory and that you want to update stock numbers in bulk or update pricing in bulk.
If our export looks like this:
You could update some pricing and stock levels and upload the file to update your inventory.
Note: Deleting a line item (or adding a line item) will not result in any changes to the inventory database when imported. This feature is only used for updating existing records.
The import process will only complete if the file has no errors. If the file has errors an error log (in CSV format) will download to your download folder. Open this to see any errors flagged with a description of the error. Fix the errors and re-import.
