QR codes let clients open a waiver form from their own phone. Each QR code is linked to a waiver template, so you can keep different codes for different consent flows.
1. Open QR Codes
Go to QR Codes from the sidebar. This page shows the QR codes you have already created.
2. Create a QR code
Click Create QR Code. Add a clear name and choose the waiver template clients should complete when they scan the code.
Use a name that makes sense to your team, such as:
Walk-in consent
Appointment consent
Minor with guardian consent
Guest artist consent
3. Use the QR code with clients
After the QR code is created, clients can scan it and complete the linked waiver on their own device. The completed waiver appears in Waivers and is linked to the client profile.
4. Copy the signing link or image
Use the actions on the QR code card when you need to reuse the code:
Copy link to share the signing URL in a message or on another page.
Copy image when you want to paste the QR code into another document.
Download to save a QR code image for print materials.
5. Delete a QR code
Delete a QR code when you no longer want clients to use that signing entry point. Deleting the QR code does not delete waivers that were already completed through it.
Before deleting, make sure the code is not printed on active signs, intake cards, or front desk materials.
Tips
Create a separate QR code for each waiver template you use often.
Rename QR codes so staff can recognize the right one quickly.
Replace printed QR codes after changing the linked workflow.
