You can report issues to us via Fixflo.

Depending on the issue, we’ll need you to follow certain steps before submitting the issue to us.

For the majority of maintenance issues, we’ll need a report/quote from a local contractor, which is something you need to source. Depending on the amount of work required, we may request 2 quotes from separate contractors for comparison. When choosing a contractor, it’s good to use websites such as TrustATrader.com to ensure they’re legitimate.

Once you have a quote/s, you can report the issue to us in Fixflo and attach the relevant documents for us to review. We won’t be able to move forwards until we have these.
