Every month you can buy more of your home. We call this staircasing.

You can buy more of your home from as little as £50, and up to a maximum of 5% of the property's value each year.

We don’t charge you any fees to staircase your ownership and you're in control of when and how often you decide to do it.

To staircase, go to the ‘overview’ section of your Living portal. Here you will see the option to ‘buy more’, as well as how you access your ownership payment history.
