We use an independent, regulated third party to value the home. They're certified by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

They do an in-person valuation every year and online valuations every 3 months which we keep you up to date with.

This keeps the valuation fair and impartial so you and our funding partners can trust it.
